A Low Down Dirty Shame: The Movie – Production

It was an honor to be part of the production team for A Low Down Dirty Shame. The movie was directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans and starred Jada Pinkett Smith, Tommy Davidson, and Bruce McGill. I was responsible for the art department and worked closely with the set designer to create the look of the film.

We wanted to create a unique visual style that would match the film’s comedic tone. To do this, we used a lot of bright colors and bold patterns. We also incorporated a lot of ’90s references, as the film is set in that era.

I’m extremely proud of how the film turned out, and I think it’s a great example of what can be achieved when everyone works together towards a common goal.
